The Fred Perry Fan Club website (FPFC) is provided "AS-IS". The FPFC assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly by the use of the FPFC's services.

Privacy Policy
By registering as a member, you give your permission to allow the FPFC to post any information you give on any part of the FPFC website. For example, if you don't want your Email address posted all over the FPFC website, don't fill in the registration form with it.

Any e-mail address's and web page address's posted when signing up, will be made available to anyone who views your profile. The FPFC will not give out any of your address's to any 3rd party members for purposes of soliciting.

The FPFC may post occasional updates and newsletters to the primary email address's posted.

Harassment
We aim to make this site free of any harassment. Any sexual, racial, cultural, religious harassment will not be stood for. Please refrain from posting any comments towards person which could be classed as a degradation of character. Please take it up with that person directly.

Any messages posted do not reflect the views of the administration of the FPFC or other members unless stated.

Adult Material
This site is considered PG-13. Any images that contain outright nudity, or sexual situations will be removed, and the poster warned. Cheesecak-ish type pictures are ok. Remember, this is a board for everyone, including young readers.

In the near future, there will be a FPFC-X site made. While this site will be affiliated with the FPFC, it will not be part of this site. Users go there at their own risk, and this site can not be held responsible for anything that goes on at that site.

About the Use of Cookies
This site uses internet cookies on many pages. They are used to record the ID number of your account on your personal computer.

You have the choice to not accept cookies in your browser, or to have it not save the cookie info when creating your account.

While not using cookies, does not disable any functions of the FPFC, it does make it a longer process. To post any image or message, one must log in before every post, to verify who you are.

It is not recommenced to use cookies on a public access machine, as others may have access then to your account.

About the Use of Javascript
This site uses Javascript. The javascript on this site, it used in most part, just for the use of verifying the contents of what has been entered on a form. While it is not a necessity to have javascript enabled for the forms, it is recomended.

The only place where Javascript is a necessity, is on the sign up page, and on the edit user profile page. Javascript is used for popup windows to be able to enter in email and web page addresses. If javascript is disabled, or a pop up blocker program is enabled, you will be unable to enter in this information. It would be in your best interest to change these setting just while doing those things.
