The first of the new color series, and man is it worth it. Gina, Brit and Ryan are in a Submarine, searching for a thing under the water called the Muthia. But Brit forgot to go to the bathroom before she left. Along the way, they run into Pee Wee Talon. They manage to escape, but Pee Wee still follows. Inside the Muthia, they run into a shapechanging alien called Taur, which Ryan has run into before. Gina persuades him to join them in a Search for Knoledge of the Muthia (as oposed to just for gold). At the end, Brit and Ryan run into the upgraded Zelda.

	August 1999
Taur leaves to find something he found earlier, followed closely behind by Daishi. Brit gets hurt by Zelda, but just as a fien, and Ryan Kame-ameh-ha's her right imn the face. Taur awakens some strange statue type thing. It holds a contest of riddles, Brit, Gina and Ryan on one team, Zelda and Daishi on the other. Daishi gets to go first, and almost wins the game, but the statue helps our team out, and Brit is able to win the game with the questions on TUNA. They have a choice of 2 prises, 60 million tons of gold, or the mystery box. Gina convinces Brit to chose the box, saying "Please put discovery and science before riches and treasure, PLEASE?". And the prise is............and Iron Pot.....

The whole issue is basicaly Gina trying to find something special in the pot. And in the process, she is driving everyone crazy. In the end, she gives up and uses the pot to make tea, and out of the pot pops the guy from last issue. Also, Stripe see's that for some reason that Brit doesn't have her ring on (hmm, this part could get interesting later).

Gina introduces the rest of the family to Dao (the guy from the pot last issue). Dao inquires about Brit's past, and it goes into a flashback. A plane crashes into the ocean, and many were-cheetah's die, but are helped by the were-wolves. Brendan meets with a bad guy called Kyle and is given a spell book (the one he has in the early GD issues). Brendan leaves and Gawthrain appears. Gawthrain knows that Kyle is Dr. Diggers in disguise (Theo killed Kyle and took his place and was trying to give Brendan a blank book). But Theo screwed up, and didn't give Brendan a blank book, and he was presently killing all of the were- cheetahs. Theo gives Gawthrain a pain in the chest and then leaves to try and save the were-cheetahs. Dr. Diggers arrives too late and find's the baby Brit all alone. The flashback ends, and back in real life, Theo thinks now that Brit will hate him because it was all his fault. But she says that she will always love him.

	November 1999
(Note: what is on the cover of this issue, has nothing to do with what's inside.....) (Also, the cusre of issue #5 strikes again (first #5 was labeled #0). In this issue, page 12 is printed twice inside, and 13 is put on the inside cover.) Gina is working away in her lab with Ryan, but when he squeezes her but, she gets ticked and kicks him out. Dao offers his services as her lab assistant. Meanwhile, Brit gets back from groceries, just as Bri, Genn, Seance and Julia apear out of a portal. The group from Jade is keeping something from Brit and the others. Bri is blown away by Seance's new and beefed up body. Everyone heads off to the annual explorers/adventurers banquet, Gina proud to be showing off her discovery of her new Djinni. They meet a arogant man named Fauntlery, and he manages to present first, and he shows off that he has hi own Djinni. Daishi and Pee Wee steal the lamp witht he Djinni in it, but that just starts the brawl going. It's a basic free for all. Gina cracks, and goes balistic. Fauntleroy has a plan for Gina's Djinni if he can get it.
