The issue starts off, the Edge Guard arriving at a city on Jade. There, they run across one of the Eastern Edge guards Terio (which are all Kitsunes). They talk with him, and find out that he has left the others on his team. He agrees to meet with the others at a festival that night.

There are quite a few comidical things that happen durring the festival (but I will let you read those on your own). Tirga doesnt trust the Kitsune, and at the festival, he chaces after him, and a fight ensues, and Tirga gets knocked out. Then out of the blue, the whole crowd at the festival starts to attack the Edge Guard memebers. (minus Sheila, who has gone aside to talk with Terio). While they are talking, Mitsuko, one of the other Eastern Edge Guards appears, and we find out that she was the traitor who left, and Terio was the one going after her.

She tries to cast a spell on Terio, which will make him fall in love with Sheila, but is destracted and botches the spell.... but the concequeces are.. that she now is in love with Sheila o_O! She takes off with Sheila, and Terio follow after them. Sheila manages to get away by changing to human form, and stops Mitsuko. They put her in a stasis field till they can find out what is wrong with her.

Sheila and Onoli head to the Retreat to make a report. Thropan returns to his masters home. Sheila and Onoli learn some stuff of the kitsunes past, and are given an aid to help with stuff.. a halfling names Sanfrita Cleo. One of the other Kitsunes impersonates Thropans teacher, and trys to kill him.

The fight continues.. and thropan is not doing too well, as this kitsune is an Air one, and Thropans attacks are ground based from his edge guard weaponry. He pulls off a special attack, and manages to take him out. But we find, the kitsunes are under someones control... someone who wants revenge against the edge guard.

Gar and Tirga, come across on of the other eastern edge guard, Adon. Another kitsune was supose to be with him, but dissapeared suddenly. Sheila is on her way to find the two.

We find that the other Kistune, Greyson, is been taken over, by the force that took over the other two.. and it is a vampire.

Meanwhile, Tirga, while out looking.. runs into a bathing woman.. and like usualy, has to play the lover... but this ends up being the vapire using Greysons power. She puts Tirga under a charm spell, and the edge guard try to stop him (without hurting him).

They manage to free Greyson, but she has now taken over Adon... and is growing exponentialy in power.

The fight between the Edge Guard, and the evil vampire Raissat with her possessed Adon. Gar starts to take on the pumped up Adon, while the others try to deal with the vampire.

Gar and Adon are pretty evenly matched... and Adon seems to be getting the upper hand. He gets help by the others, as they manage to get a stake of wood through the vampires heart... so one would think it's all over.. but it's not..

With all the power she ammased, she is just even stronger. But suddenly there is a dagger in the ground at ther feet.. and she is unable to move.. it's Tirro, and he also has a special song that will charge up elemental and luar weapons. Cuz of the lunar side, while the sun is out, it's like an eclipse, which allows Gar to do the Lunar Rave, which he uses to knock out Adon.

The Edge Guard use their weapons to banish her back to the underworld, but she wont go alone. As shes being bashished, she throws the dagger at Onoli's feet, pining him, and at the same time, sending one of her captured souls towards Onoli in a lethal blast to kill him.

Tirro steps infront to take the blast, to be with his loves spirit.. but Cleo steps infront of the blast, wanting the heroes to go on, and starts to pass. Onoli takes some bandages from his arm, wraping them around her head, saying that she will live..

The next day, eveyone is in Cleo's room... and... she now has... a tail and ears? o.O
(I will have to check with John on this point next time I talk to him online, but this is my surmise of what happened. A were can pass on it's lycanthropy by cutting another being, etc. I am guessing cuz the bandages around his arm may have had his blood on them.. then by putting them on the bleeding Cleo, the blood may have mixed, making her some sort of were?)

Cleo is now a were.. but with how the lycanthropy works, she is now kind of without a soul, a slave, almost in essence to Onoli. While Gar is in his healing sleep, Sheilas in charge, and makes Tirga go check on Onoli and Cleo. Cleo is well.. quite running on animal instincts. She chomps onto Tirga's hand, and wont let go :P.

All of the Edge Guard, minus Sheila (which is heading to the council), head to the cerimony, where the defeated kitsunes souls will be brought back into a hosts body. But in the realm of the undead, where the spirit is waiting, the evil vamires spirit is too, where a battle begins as the serimony starts.

When the cerimony starts, both are brought into the real world, and the souls are kindof combined. With the help of a mage, they manage to be able to push the spirit out of the area, out of hurting others.. but they still must go and stop it.

Meanwhile, back at the council, Sheila has found something.. that someone inside the council is trying to cover up things..when she is confronted by someone.

Sheila is confronted by... Cleo's cat?.. no, it's actualy a dark kitsune, shapechanger. She is eventualy captured, and the kitsune starts to tell her of his plans.

Meanwhile, the other Edge guard are trying to do something to help Cleo's possessed body. Oloni realises that he can talk with Cleo's spirit, which apears to be inisde the Jasper.

Sheila manages to get the kitsune to reveal more of his plan (eh, a good villan ALWAYS seems to tell his plans for some reason).

Onoli "Pina Colada?!"

With Cleo's help in the Jasper, she finds a place that they can take her body to, to get the other spirits out of her body, and hers back in. They bring her body there, and Cleo forces the others out of her body.

Sheila finds out who the dark kitsune is. He, or should I say SHE at that point, was there at her graduation. But it was at that point, the dark kitsune was in Cleo's body.. but when the spirit realized it was male, it left the body. The kitsune elder gave her the job, to help her because the kitsune spirit left her. With a few tricks, Sheila manages to trick and trap the kitsune.

Meanwhile.. they have captured the evil spirit... but Cleo is dieing, because of the was inside her. As well, mitsuko's spirit is fading, being out of a host for so long. Cleo and Mitsuko's spirit join together, to make them both whole again.
