How Do I Get A Character For GD2K?

PLEASE NOTE: GD2K does NOT accept certain types of characters without prior approval. What this means is, unless you have already spoken with a staffer and have been told your character is OK, please do not apply for: aliens, otherdimensionals, werecreatures on Earth (except for wolves), new werespecies of any kind, and characters with no parents, homes, or roots of any kind.
